I have started anxiety when my sister had miscarriage so i was so tensed that i went to ER And dr done ecg which was normal at that time he checked bp which was 140/80 and pulse 98 He reported me with acidity After 1 month from this I started noticing few symptoms till 2 days back Heart palpitations Dizziness Left hand pain and sometimes right hand also Leg pain Headache Abdominal pain and rib pain Pulsing on nose, lips, stomach Fluttering of pulse in hands and legs Extreme gas and burping These symptoms becomes worse in ramzan month on fasting Yesterday I got so shortness of breath with a slight pain in left side and gas and burping that i went to ER He said again u got acidity again Till now also I feel INDIGESTIon I had my cbc report also which Is attached Pls let me know

From last year , i have been feeling right side body thick and left thin. I did all possible blood tests, ENMG, heart, echo, ECG,spine mri etc. Below are my symptoms. 1.right body feels thick and swollen from cheek to leg. 2.bowel issues from last 8 months like indigestion,lots of gas, right abdomen feels heavy and big and lied upside down, right rib as well feels thick and stiff. I am very worried. Is it causing because of the report I attached? Please help me , my right abdomen feels big, did ultra sound , normal. Right groin, abdomen feels big and affecting bowel and affecting my hands and legs on that side as well. I am taking b12 injections and vitamin d for last 2 months.any powerful tablets can cure me? I am afraid of things in internet like MS,myelitis,dystrophy etc.please help.I have lots of goals but this is stopping me from all sides.

I am suffering from mild chest pain since last 2.5 years. It is mostly like pinching pain at same location with less than 5 seconds. It is mostly at the same location on front & back side of left chest. I have done multiple ECGs, 2 Echo and 2 TMT, Troponin test, KFT, LFT, Cholesterol, CBC, X rays of chest all normal except Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. DM Cardiologist said, there is no issue with heart but in last echo report it is mentioned as Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. Cardiologist referred me to Psychiatric as I always think that pain is coming from heart & my heart has some problem. Also, Neck X rays showing straightening of cervical lordotic curvature and mild hypertrophy of transverse process of C7 is seen. Also, orthopaedic said, I have cervical rib problem too. Does it pain related to cervical issue or heart? Please suggest, I am on anxiety medicine too.

Hi doctors, From past couple years I am suffering everyday and struggling. I had a minor accident 2 years back and I got hit at left rib cage After few months , I had some bad headaches behind my left head.and later one day I felt wierd in my left throat and left cheek. Since that day I am feeling my right eye is hallow. When i laugh i feel my left cheek smaller and my right bulgier. When i swallow I feel I am swallowing from my left. All of a sudden I started to feel my left leg is shorter , doctor said there's 5 cms diff but I never felt is before. I feel like I am losing muscle on one side or gaining muscle on only one side.since then i started l to have heavy gas problem and I had to bend left to pass gas out. Mut it's mostly my right body that is always stiffer from eye to leg. I did brain MRI , spine mri , blood tests, ENMG but all are ok. I am taking suppliments for vitamin d and b12. I am thinking about it everyday and cant sleep, is there any test list I can do, please help.

I have been facing chest pains from past 1 years from last was very hard pain. My ecg, echo, tmt, chest -xray Ap and PA view, hs-crp, lp (a), blood sugar, apo-a1, apo-b, are normal I have a bit border line cholesterol my question when I taking some gas tablet then I feel much better but my anxious feeling always roaming and frequently thinking negative thinks. Now what I do I don't know I went almost 10 cardiologist every one told you are fine but my anxiety always is there what I do .it's heart pain are gerd I don't know please tell me what is that when I heard some negative news my heart palpation getting high no family history of heart attack. My age is 29. Chest pain like some time in rib side sometime upper chest some time sharp pain ..when I bloating it's feel more easy ..when I thinking frequently I was suffered some abnormal breathing but it's will go within 4-5minutes

I am facing stomach pain while sleeping on the left since last two days. Initially thought any gastric issue. But after a revealed pain is coming only when I am sleeping on the left for some time.. throughout the day any sudden jerk that creates due to getting up from chair after a ling seating or similar caused tightness and momentary pain on the lower ribcage area of the front side...but then it goes away.. my orthopedist gave Hifenac. After taking it is good, pain was not coming due to sudden movements also applied hot water fomenting. First night was fine. Only slept on the back position.. 2nd night due to absence of pain forgot it and perhaps slept on left side for a while, some sensation of pain came back...due to hifenac dose it was not severe... immediately applied hot pad on the back rib cage, the front side tightness faded away.. Can any one tell me why it is happening.. very strange symptoms.. I first thought on day one that I have severe stomach infection but its not

Hello, I have been having abdominal pain from 2-3 months now, it is not a constant or sharp pain but happens anytime and mostly disturbs at night, more like bloating and trapped gas. Lately, I have also noticed that when I have some issue on my mind, it becomes very difficult for me to sleep whatever i try and at that time, I start getting abdominal pain and it feels like my entire gut is filled with gas which is unable to release and causes sharp pain in various parts like sometimes around right ribs or sternum area and also my body feels extremely weak then. I had done whole abdomen ultrasound which only revealed small stone in kidney. Is this abdominal pain all anxiety? What should I do? Are there any home remedies or lifestyle change I can do. Also, I had episodes of back head pain last year along with some other symptoms for which doctor suggested was anxiety related. Took anti depressants for 6 months after which discontinued. Had mild covid in April if anyhow covid related.

Few months back i had a spasm in my lower right rib, i thought it might be something related to muscle. But recently i did an usg abdomen due to stomach issues related to nausea and indigestion, it showed 2.8mm polyp in anterior wall of gall bladder, could that spasm be from the gallbladder when the polyp was starting or something? I have been asked to repeat the usg scan next year so to decide what to do. I have few questions.. 1. Is this anything serious? I am anxious about this. 2. Should I change anything in my diet? I mean should i start avoiding fat like milk, paneer etc? 3. Is there a possibility that this will go away on its own? 4. Is this common in my age? (25M)? 5. Should I do the usg scan after 6 months or 1 year as prescribed by my doctor? Please help me. Apart from this i have symptoms like half solid and rest mushy stools sometimes, upper abdomen feels somehow full sometimes, no pain from gallbladder, my Lft and cbc are normal. Please advice.

It's been three months first it started with my head ache and it didn't get better for three days so I took painkillers and tied a cloth in my head and went to sleep next morning my left side neck and head started to pain thumbing dull pain ,I went to neurologist and took medicine he thought it was migraine and infection but it didn't get any better then  it also started in my left shoulder.I went to orthopaedic doctor he told me it's due to posture and told me to get physiotherapy ,the pain reduced but not fully diagnosed ,my head used to feel pressure when I lie down so much pressure like  something is pushing from above ,I got ct scan it was normal ,x ray of neck ,ribs were normal , ultrasound was also normal.then I went to a physician he told me my vitamin d is low and prescribed me medication it's got better but now when I sleep straight in my back my neck hurts all night when I get up in morning and do exercise is again normal I cannot keep my head up for more than 2 - 3
