Little long bt plz advise! Any kind of minor stressful thought/ strong emotion like being startled by remote falling down, sudden noise at night outside triggera an immense chest discomfort and pressure.. This can radiate to my left arm and also to back sumtimes. stress leads to release of adrenaline which can cause all of it but in my case the heart rate doesnt always increase like right now I am in chest pain episode but my hr is only 68... My discomfort is just like angina but lasts for atleast 2 hours n sumtimes even more I have had several ecgs n many in emergency- some of them at 130/140 bpm but non has shown any sign of ischemia!!! If I get coronary spasms then do they last so long? Am low in b12 and vitamin d and 4 years back Mri spine showed loss of normal curvature but spine xray recent normal... Anti anxiety meds taken since 2 months havent worked a bit.. What to do???

I am finding it difficult to pass my urine since the the urinary pressure is not coming naturally as it used to come 6months back,rather I have to press below the stomach on the the bladder region again and again to get urine pressure and pass the urine finally ,this problem has made my life quite stressful since Everytime I drink water,in just few minutes time I feel extreme discomfort in my bladder region and untill I press and pass the urine I don't get the relief ,presently I am on these medications for my other existing problems,1) Rabium DSR (GERD),2)Montek LC (Nasal Allergy),3)Mexico 10mg(ANXIETY), Please resolve my issue as I am finding it great discomfort in urinating and it may effect my kidney as well.My present creatinine is 1.10mg/dl, urine routine and culture is normal and so is my prostrate also normal.Plzz Help me sort out this issue without getting more into trouble.

History: 1. chronic alcoholic (7 years), working hard on it and reduced to once in 15 days. 2. Diagnosed with fatty lever grade-I, 5 months ago. 3. Took treatment including antacids, multivitamins, digestive enzymes recommend ed by GP for 4 months. Problems: 1. Too much bloating, indigestion, discomfort in upper right and left abdomen. 2. Sometimes discomfort in sleeping and urge to change side due to stomach pressure. 3. Irregular stools, loss of appetite, increased acnes,few boils. Diagnosis: Latest endoscopy report and prescription is in the attachment. Questions: 1. How severe is the damage and time taken for healing(will stop drinking) 2. Is this completely curable? 3. Any other suggestions.

Male. 25. 6,2". Average Build. Every time I swallow, there's a very noticeable feeling of a lump of some kind in my throat, it's hard to pinpoint exactly where it is but I'd say just behind where my Adams apple is. This first became noticeable in January after a really heavy night drinking, I didn't think anything of it until it started to cause me discomfort and stress. I saw my GP about it and he said he can't see or feel anything, prescribed me a numbing mouthwash for some reason and that was that. Last month, I had noticed that it had gone away more or less but there was still an odd feeling of what felt mucus build up in my throat despite not having a cold. And this week, that lump feeling is back again. I'm really getting stressed over this cause it's causing discomfort all day every day, it's also starting to effect my singing (I'm a vocalist in a band) so that's adding to my stress further. I would really appreciate any help or responses at all with recommendations.

About a week ago I had a car accident. No injuries but an hour after that i started feeling some discomfort and slight pain at my anus. Ive been feeling the same pain and discomfort for a week. Today I finally decided to take a picture of my anus, very weird. I know. After examining the picture I found a small lump around the size of a pea 2 mm away from my anus. Its is firm yet soft. I googled it and it is most likely hemorroids. I did not see any blood or pain in passing wastes. Just dicomfort and very small pain when sitting or shifting. I dont know if its related but I am always more hotter or warmer than my family and constsntly have the AC on, could it be stress or releated to this? My real concern is, is it a form of cancer? I am by nature shy and I dont want to tell my family or see a doctor whos gonna see my anus. I will happily provide a picture if you are a real doctor or have experience. What could it be and what are the treatment. Thanks.

I had a stiff neck towards the end of January after a trekking trip. I thought it might be due to carrying too much weight and sleeping in a position that stained my neck. The discomfort stopped after 4-5 days so I didn't pay much attention to it. But, since then I've actually been having this problem quite frequently. However, the subsequent episodes haven't been as extreme. The range of motion of my neck is pretty good. The discomfort only arises when I move my head to the extremes. I never had any neck or shoulder pain issues prior to the incident. But it seems to me that now my neck has becomes a lot more tender. As an example, it'd get a bit stiff if I sleep on my stomach for even 15-20 minutes. I must add that I've been traveling quite a bit since the end of January and have a feeling that long journeys coupled with me having to sleep on different mattresses and pillows is aggravating the pain. Should this be a cause of concern for me?

My 15-week-old baby received her routine vaccinations today, including the oral rotavirus vaccine. She already has silent reflux/possible GERD symptoms. After vaccination, she became much more uncomfortable, restless, and refluxy (severe regurgitation even when held upright, coughing) than usual. She seems unsettled after feeds and is having difficulty sleeping comfortably. I also gave Domstal (domperidone) at night for reflux symptoms. Wanted pediatric advice on: 1. Can the rotavirus vaccine temporarily worsen reflux, gas, or stomach discomfort in reflux babies? 2. Is increased fussiness/restlessness common after the vaccine in babies with silent reflux? 3. What symptoms would require urgent medical evaluation versus normal post-vaccine discomfort?

Hello Doctor, About three months ago, I started experiencing throat discomfort with a lump-like feeling and mouth ulcers/irritation. I first consulted an ENT specialist, who prescribed antibiotics and anti-allergy medicines, but my symptoms did not improve and in fact became worse. On a follow-up, he suspected GERD and gave me basic gastric medicines. Later, I consulted a gastroenterologist who prescribed acid-reducing tablets twice daily. While I had some temporary relief, my symptoms returned after stopping the medication. At present, whenever I eat spicy or hot food, I experience significant throat irritation and discomfort. Last month, I underwent an endoscopy which showed a lax LES. I would like to know if this could be the cause of my throat lump sensation and irritation. Every morning I also wake up with throat burning, and at times notice blood-stained sputum. Kindly advise further. I have attached my endoscopy report for your review.

Hello Doctor, I am 25 years old and currently living in Hyderabad. For the past few months, I have been facing several health issues such as a weak immune system, chest discomfort that feels like heart pain, digestive problems, brain fog, memory difficulties, and trouble expressing myself clearly. I also experience constant discomfort in my stomach area, occasional difficulty breathing, and sometimes pain near my lungs. Overall, I feel very nervous and unwell. After thinking carefully, I realized that these problems may have started after I mistakenly consumed expired flaxseed oil. Around three years ago, I had purchased 3 liters of flaxseed oil, but most of it remained unused and expired. A few months ago, while refilling my oil bottle, my mother accidentally used the old, expired oil. Without realizing it, I consumed about 1 liter of it over the past three months. Please help me,  what kind of test should be done, I'm student doesn't have much money, so provide a less cost treatmen
