History: 1. chronic alcoholic (7 years), working hard on it and reduced to once in 15 days. 2. Diagnosed with fatty lever grade-I, 5 months ago. 3. Took treatment including antacids, multivitamins, digestive enzymes recommend ed by GP for 4 months. Problems: 1. Too much bloating, indigestion, discomfort in upper right and left abdomen. 2. Sometimes discomfort in sleeping and urge to change side due to stomach pressure. 3. Irregular stools, loss of appetite, increased acnes,few boils. Diagnosis: Latest endoscopy report and prescription is in the attachment. Questions: 1. How severe is the damage and time taken for healing(will stop drinking) 2. Is this completely curable? 3. Any other suggestions.

Male. 25. 6,2". Average Build. Every time I swallow, there's a very noticeable feeling of a lump of some kind in my throat, it's hard to pinpoint exactly where it is but I'd say just behind where my Adams apple is. This first became noticeable in January after a really heavy night drinking, I didn't think anything of it until it started to cause me discomfort and stress. I saw my GP about it and he said he can't see or feel anything, prescribed me a numbing mouthwash for some reason and that was that. Last month, I had noticed that it had gone away more or less but there was still an odd feeling of what felt mucus build up in my throat despite not having a cold. And this week, that lump feeling is back again. I'm really getting stressed over this cause it's causing discomfort all day every day, it's also starting to effect my singing (I'm a vocalist in a band) so that's adding to my stress further. I would really appreciate any help or responses at all with recommendations.

About a week ago I had a car accident. No injuries but an hour after that i started feeling some discomfort and slight pain at my anus. Ive been feeling the same pain and discomfort for a week. Today I finally decided to take a picture of my anus, very weird. I know. After examining the picture I found a small lump around the size of a pea 2 mm away from my anus. Its is firm yet soft. I googled it and it is most likely hemorroids. I did not see any blood or pain in passing wastes. Just dicomfort and very small pain when sitting or shifting. I dont know if its related but I am always more hotter or warmer than my family and constsntly have the AC on, could it be stress or releated to this? My real concern is, is it a form of cancer? I am by nature shy and I dont want to tell my family or see a doctor whos gonna see my anus. I will happily provide a picture if you are a real doctor or have experience. What could it be and what are the treatment. Thanks.

I had a stiff neck towards the end of January after a trekking trip. I thought it might be due to carrying too much weight and sleeping in a position that stained my neck. The discomfort stopped after 4-5 days so I didn't pay much attention to it. But, since then I've actually been having this problem quite frequently. However, the subsequent episodes haven't been as extreme. The range of motion of my neck is pretty good. The discomfort only arises when I move my head to the extremes. I never had any neck or shoulder pain issues prior to the incident. But it seems to me that now my neck has becomes a lot more tender. As an example, it'd get a bit stiff if I sleep on my stomach for even 15-20 minutes. I must add that I've been traveling quite a bit since the end of January and have a feeling that long journeys coupled with me having to sleep on different mattresses and pillows is aggravating the pain. Should this be a cause of concern for me?

Hi all, I'm male,age 33, height 5.10 ft,weight around 95 kg Last 1 week. I play football 3 days a week. I generally don't have breakfast and have lunch at 2pm I'm  dextrocardia / situs inversus. I'm having pain in my left rib cage area in one particular spot. The pain is slowly moving in the front part of the chest as well ( my feeling) I'm having heaviness on my chest as well for few minutes once or twice a day To be on the safer side, I took ecg, echo and chest scan. It's normal. But I want to know the reason for the pain in my ribcage area. Last 2 to 3 days, my spinal cord starting point near the bum is slightly paining. Is it because of any muscle catch or gas or anything related to heart. Please help. I have always been healthy and this is the first time I'm getting these symptoms. Should I take any test to confirm Not taking any tabs as of now.

Hello sir I want to explain my situation first I am an 22 years old boy who spend most of his time on chair, I am little fat (weight- 68kg) for the first time in my life for last 3 years I felt some pain in left side just below the chest, and when I start running and excercise, then the pain disappears completely And when I stop excersising then it returns back I am anxious whether pain is due to overweight and inactivity or its a sign of future heart attack I want to confirm that I never felt any pain while running when my heart beet raised to 150-160 Also my posture of sitting is quite good But I also sometimes face pain in the back of my chest and when I try to twist my ribs, scapula, and sholder then It helps in pain relief a little maybe it's calcium deficiency I wanted to ask you by looking at the symptoms what do you think what is the probability of I having a heart related problem or its just my inactivity causing all this trouble I am attaching my ECG report

Started with a throat infection, i took amoxyclav for 5 days given by ent. On 3rd day, the cough/phlegm from chest came out to be yellowish thick in the morning. Maybe i coughed a lot forcefully, bright red blood came with mucus. I consulted pulmonologist after the antibiotics course, he said acute bronchitis. I was started with bronchitis clear 2x for 3 days. Cough improved, no more thick cough but sometimes after waking up i do get dry cough and after sometimes i need to clear phlegm from chest, little but clear mucus with small bubbles. Apart from that when i palpate on the rib bone it feels tender, both left and right side, but no pain when i breathe in and out deep.. feels inflamed like costocondriotis. What should I do now? I do feel weak after this illness too. Please guide me. Cough has reduced like 70-80%. No fever or anything. Was this something viral? What other medicine do I need to take along with this to recover faster? Or is this asthma?

Hi I have chest pain along with my left arm, shoulder, neck, rib side. Also experiencing heart palpitations, sweating, shortness of breath. Have gastric symptoms as well like heartburn, bloating, gas etc. Chest pain is sharp in nature and it's on and off in nature. Left arm constantly pains and radiates all the way to shoulder neck and fingers.. Last year I did ECG, ECHO, TMT, D-Dimer, CRP even Troponin once. All were normal. Experiencing this for an year or so.. This year I did complete full body checkup. ECG and ECHO are normal. Lipid profile is having HDL low than reference like 38mg/dL. Total cholesterol is normal. I am  running after cardiologist and they say nothing with Cardiac. Met Ortho and Neuro as well. Vitamin D is low and BMI is high like 31.5. Apart from this everything were normal.. Please help me here.. I am told that it could be anxiety.. But I don't think so anxiety can make constant pain experience. Please guide here .. what could be the reason of pain???

So i have been having middle back stiffness, tightness and aching since a month or two. Now there is a particular point near my right back flank, just under the rib which feels tender and if palpated deep enough feels like a lump. I am scared now. I checked kidney palpation videos by doctors on youtube, i did it there's no pain. And also when i press kidney area from front there's no pain. Now, coming to history i have a gallbladder polyp of 2.9mm since 2 years, earlier this February i had done the 3rd ultrasound scan and it remained same in size. I am outside of India and healthcare is nightmare here. Idk how do I manage this. Please help, I am scared. Painkillers don't work as this is not exactly a pain, if i sit on bed and work my back muscles get extremely stiff. Can this be hernia/knot? I am scared about cancer. There's no other symptoms apart from what I mentioned. Please guide me.

Respectful Authority, My uncle had an accident recently and the report of CT brain was normal but has shown Mild Hemothrax along with right pleural thickening, fracture of 4th, 5th and 6th ribs according to HRCT Chest. He was admitted to the hospital and being treated in emergency room from 30th of July and was then sent to general ward a couple of days before. The X-ray report shows as mild blunted & mild soft tissue thickening along right pleural cavity and the impression as mild pleural effusion. The spinal curvature says that it's been straightened and anterior marginal osteophytes. Kindly tell that does all these impressions are treatable or does anything needs surgical intervention! Please intimate the above mentioned issues kindly so that the families anticipation can be relieved a bit. All the other reports and vitals are in normal condition. No other health issues found. Is he safe and out of Dager! Anything to panic about the mentioned reports!! Thanking you in anticipation,
