Please read all its for my life changing. Hi I'm facing problem from down side of ribs to testis od right side area from 1 year.i go many doctors. One doctor dignoces me with ultrasound of scrotal and tell me it's showing grade 2 vericocele and need surgery.and another doctor tell dignoces me with ultrasound sound KUB and Uroflowmetry tests .in that test my urine flow is very very low and ultrasound show all things is good but PVR range is 200cc. For that I take alfoo tablets for 10 days and again do same tests ultrasound sound KUB and uroflowmetry.in that report my urine flow is little good and PVR range is 30cc doctor is said.tablets working good takes this tablet for 6 months. But from some day I feel pain in left side testis and I feel physically also veins are swelling I do semen analysis also its showing sperm quantity is 2ml .and 9.5million sperm in per ml And motility is 25 percent only in that 25% only 10% is progressive .
