My wife has the following problems. We hav been to several docs, all of dem sed ders ntn wrng. Pls help. Throbbing head with shooting pain in d head and tenderness in certain areas of the head. Hairfall. Occasional ringing in ears. Loss of balance and unable to judge how far/near the objects are. Dizziness. Constant pain in neck, shoulders n back. Stiffness in all joints. Constant palpitations. Occasional shooting chest pain. Tender ribs. Tenderness in lower stomach. Pain in left knee. Occasionally Unable to grip objects. Unable to put feet on ground, piercing pain in ankle and sole of the feet. Constant irritation. All blood tests normal. Periods regular.

My husband has been diagnosed. • Atypical hemangiomas in D7 and L2 vertebral bodies. • Mild diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 causing anterior thecal sac indentation, indentation on bilateral traversing nerve roots. No overt neural foraminal narrowing. • Small posterior disc osteophyte complex indenting on the anterior thecal sac at C4/5. His back pain started suddenly on 14th January .Pain is between the areas of D7 to L2.and the points of D7 and L2 which is sometimes radiating to the front rib case.he is almost in bed from past 2 months under great pain. Some doctor s are only telling to rest but some says it is due to hemangioma. He is on continuous pain killers .plz help

Please read all its for my life changing. Hi I'm facing problem from down side of ribs to testis od right side area from 1 year.i go many doctors. One doctor dignoces me with ultrasound of scrotal and tell me it's showing grade 2 vericocele and need surgery.and another doctor tell dignoces me with ultrasound sound KUB and Uroflowmetry tests .in that test my urine flow is very very low and ultrasound show all things is good but PVR range is 200cc. For that I take alfoo tablets for 10 days and again do same tests ultrasound sound KUB and uroflowmetry.in that report my urine flow is little good and PVR range is 30cc doctor is said.tablets working good takes this tablet for 6 months. But from some day I feel pain in left side testis and I feel physically also veins are swelling I do semen analysis also its showing sperm quantity is 2ml .and 9.5million sperm in per ml And motility is 25 percent only in that 25% only 10% is progressive . So what I do I did not understand what is the

I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and I have a low risk pregnancy. I have not faced any issues till now the only problem that I am facing from last month is gas attacks. It happens all of a sudden and middle of the chest between the ribs. It's so extreme that I feel like I will pass out due to that pain. My BP also drops. This happens in every 10-15 days. I am very scared. My doctor thinks it's gastric but could it be something else? Last time it happened I was unable to move for about an hour and then my husband took me to the hospital where the doctor gave me some pain and gas IV. My BP also dropped to 90. The moment pain was gone my BP also went back to normal range. And I don't have any BP problem Nd I also have high pain tolerance however this pain is really really bad. Kindly suggest some SOS pain tablet and also let me know what you think is the problem.

Hi Experts, I have been taking stalopam 5-10 mg and Ciplar 10 mg for the last 3.5 to 4 years  , recently I developed persistent numbness in my legs, My Doc said I might have developed tolerance against that 5 mg dose. Currently I'm completely off stalopam and taking Benzo in sos in the meantime to cover anxiety and will restart stalopam after 1 month so that the receptors work again. After stopping stalopam 5mg Now I have developed a severe itching sensation in the entire body and pain like cramps near ribs and also forehead ache (temple area). My face and forehead also feel burning and numbness is still there which started initially in my foot. I understand anxiety is weird and gives a lot of symptoms but I just want to understand if these common withdrawal symptoms are or am I missing something serious which is undiagnosed like cancer or tumor as I have health anxiety issues so these thoughts are coming in a lot

I hav dull pain in end of rib cage in centre after 2 hours of eating.crp,cbc,tsh normal in value.I hav IBS from 3 years  endoscopy, colonoscopy with biopsy are normal..monthly or 2 months I hav 4 times semi solid,soft stool with mucus and every time gas passing through anus 8 -10times per day some times bad smell comes 1month back i hav 3 timex stool in morning with yello mucus mixing  little drop blood around semi solid stool,back pain.these are symptoms of aIBS or not. iDoctor give some medicines and suggested to do lab test?when I test?can I fasting to given blood to test?attached lab investigation

From 3 days pain in right kidney area below ribs stretching downwards till above hip area. Earlier also I had such mild pain but went away on its own. Fever and slight chills from 3 +weeks, just sleeping and extreme weakness. Intermittent headache, swelling in legs, rash & swelling on hands from wrist to elbow started on right wrist and spread to left in 4 days. Eyes are swollen from inside and outside. Urine is very less quantity and frequency as compared to before & even darker. Constipation instead of generally frequent loose stools. Dehydration & dry skin. Blood test showed -ve for malaria, dengue fever. ESR is 30, sgot/sgpt imbalance suggestive of liver cirrhosis, Aneamia and dvt. But I feel it is related to kidney stones or infection. Please please suggest me antibiotics dosage for kidney infection. After that I'll consult nephrologist / gastroenterologist if required.

Hi Dr, I get frequent blood clotting or bruises (not exactly sure) on my legs even if I walk for 5 mins without any physical injury.. it starts with severe leg/calf pain followed by red or blue black patches on my legs which resemble blood clots or bruises.. most of the times they r on the thighs (above the knee), mostly on 1 one leg but the pain remains on both legs.. after a couple of days from when these marks appear, I have noticed in the last 3 or times, I have landed with extreme pain in the sternum(the bone between my rib cage) then the pain and pressure spreads to one side of the chest mainly the center which pains when breathing. Do I need to be concerned and wht could b the probable causes.. if anyone has any idea it will be really helpful.. Thnk u for ur help in advance.

It all started 2 months ago I had left hand pain and panicked so i went to ER he done ecg it was borderline normal. He said me that i have 140/80 bp and told me it is constipation Then I went to him for 5-6 days to check so it was 140/80 only Then I went to other doctor for routine checkup so it was 130/80. Then all days went good. I had a very bad thing of checking bp at home with that home bp machine and whenever I see it's raised I get anxious. Throughout all these 2 months I got pusling feeling or twitching in body in different areas I got constipation also which Is now changed into diarrhea from 2-3 days. So talking about now I did cbc normal Usg abdomen normal as I was having pain in abdomen Now I feel like a lil heavy in left side of upper ribs exactly left side of breast where our hands in joined maybe due to lifting ration I lift that day And also diarrhea means after eating food I get toilet and it is 👝 this in colour. Hi doctor, I did all my scans in last few days. Heart, brain mri,ENMG,spinal cord mri, blood tests, thyroid,creatine,CBC,bp,sugar all of them. I am taking vitamin d and vitamin B12 injections. It's been 1 month since I started that. My problem is towards left side. I get left lower back pain, which radiates to leg . My left patella join feels wierd than of right, right patella joint feels like enclosed and perfect. I feel that my left ribs part is hallow, and i also feel wierd on my left cheek and neck.sometimes i feel my left cheek is smaller to right.my left body is less stiffer and bigger than right. Please help me. My left eye also feels less stiffer than right because of left side issue. Left cheek, left eye muscle,left neck,left leg top joint pain while walking and patella joint feels wierd. Before few months doc said my left patella joint is 2cm smaller but I never felt before,it happened sudden during lockdown.just to mention before lockdown I had a minor accident.pls help.
