Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I have had cavity filling on first left lower molar in 2018. Tooth becomes sensitive after that and dentist adjusted that tooth several times. I can't chew anything on that tooth. I feel like , I am not able to exert enough force to chew on. So I avoid chewing on that tooth. I have some issues on the right side jaw and molars. So now I chew on the left side and eat only soft foods. Since this lower left first molar doesn't bite the solid foods. I had deep cleaning last week on the same side. I had to bite on a peanut on this left side molar 2 days ago. I felt some discomfort when I chewed that peanut on this molar. I took ibuprofen for pain. I noticed that this molar has brown color edges on the side of the molar and it's only on the mesial side of that tooth. Attaching the picture. I tried to zoom in and took a picture of this tooth. I am a vegetarian, i eat fish during winter months. So in on 25th Jan i ate fried fish late night. Next day i felt my stools are not passing and felt discomfort. I had water and took isabgol. It got clear but at a slow pace. I didn't face any problem for 10 days. After this i had rajma and same thing happened again. I again had isabgol and duphalac syrup 10ml and it got clear again. Sometimes it happens with milk or maida or paneer, to be honest i am not able to track it. I do not have pain or any acidity. I just feel discomfort and pressure in my lower abdomen and when i pass stools i feel better. It's not that i am constipated completely. I pass stools everyday but sometimes i feel i need to pass more, like i am not satisfied. And when i am not able to pass stools properly i feel gassy whole day. I am not able to understand if this is constipation or IBS-c.. Should i take Normaxin rt? is there any permanent cure for this? it's affected my personal and social life. please help.

Hlo! I had asked a query about chest pain in morning... chest discomfort radiating to my left arm sinxe 3 days. Unable to walk for long, do simple activities like bathing, walking coz pain. The night before felt an impending sense of doom. Today noon at ER ekg + echo done which is normal but doubt regarding blood work HIGH SENSITIVITY TROP I ( Hs TNI) = 0.01 ng/ml... and CK- MB = 20 ug/l Are these values despite being normal concerning as they r towards higher side esp CK-Mb whose upper cut off is 25? For someone like me who has chest pain are these two values pointing towards anything? I have been given complete cardiac clearance from my hospital and I believe on it but still my anxious mind needed more reassurance about these enzymes I hope it's all good and I can be at peace that the discomfort I had in past 2 days Wasnt my heart??

Yesterday i ate quite a bit of masalas(homemade), and i had itching in my anus opening throughout the day yesterday, then also i had general feeling of discomfort in my stomach, and burning farts, and they were severely foul smelling. Today i had itchy session again at morning, then i feel discomfort in stomach(no pain though), feels like inner wall is burning or something, then also farts are burning type. Prior to this i had just recovered from hunger type pain and mushy stool(i was given rifagut for 5 days)... Today i saw first time bowel movement was half solid then it was soft, 2nd time when i went it was soft(complete mushy)... can I be having stomach ulcer? I am having such symptoms since a month :(. I am going for usg abdomen tomorrow though as said by my gastro doctor... please help, m scared.

Hi, I am a guy. I have been having feelings of pain on the Corona of the glans of my penis. Sometimes I get a very itchy feeling on a localized spot of the Corona, to the left of the penis. Most times, the feeling is VERY uncomfortable which makes me have the urge to hold on to my penis. The exact spot giving me the pain in the Corona of my glans is reddened. Occasionally I have a 'hot' feeling on my testicles, and sometimes when I want to sit, I have to be careful, as it feels quite uncomfortable. This severe feeling of discomfort is also sometimes accompanied by itches on My body. I am not sexually active, and have taken urine analysis to rule out STD. I've had a penile staph infection in 2017 through 2018, which made my penis to swell up. I had to apply some topical creams to my penis back then. Please, what do you think I should do? I am often in serious discomfort and I do not have urologists around me to check this out. Will appreciate your help.

My dad is post Covid and had a uro bag put in as his urine was leaking. The urologist advised as a case of neurogenic bladder where it was getting filled like a balloon and then overflowing which caused the leaking of urine. The bag was there for about a month (it was replaced time to time in between) and yesterday we got it removed yesterday around 12 PM to see if the control over urine had come back. Since the removal, my father's bladder has got full and his belly appears swollen. Very less urine has come out with a burning sensation. He has discomfort in his belly. My questions: - Is the burning sensation normal? - Is it advisable to put in the uro bag again to help him relieve his discomfort in the short run? - Can nor urinating result in urine passing back to blood stream or cause infection? - What is the maximum damage this condition can do? Note: His BP is somewhat normal (131/81) but sugar appears to be high (130 Fasting)

Dear doctors thank you so much for your continuous support and saving our lives. This is regarding pain after 11 months of Inguinal Hernia open Surgery, I was feeling little discomfort from last 2 3 days and yesterday i was sitting and as I stood up I felt burning type of pain above the Hernia Surgery incision where stitches came post surgery. From then I am feeling little pain around that area and little discomfort. I am worried is it something serious or just normal after 11 months of surgery similar pain I felt after 6 7 months of surgery but after few days it was gone I am attaching a picture where I'm feeling pain and I can also feel something round not exactly were I was feeling when i was suffering from Hernia but it feels like round just beside the surgical incision. Pls guide me what can be the reason. I want to inform that after I was feeling comfortable from last 2 3 months I went out for 40kms cycling last week on Tuesday and then on Friday last week. Can it be the reason?

I am having weakness in body especially in legs, it feels light. I gets tired for walking a short distance. No chest pain or breathing problem. In previous month i had undergone ECG and TMT which were normal and the reason for the test is having slight chest pain which is caused due to acidity. I feel my body feels light and i can know the differences when the body was normal few days back and now. Following symptoms. 1. Weakness Feeling. 2. Tired after walking for a short distance 3. Leg discomfortness and weakness 4. General body discomfort. 5. Bowel moment issue, Constipation for 1-2 days. I feel still the bowel is not properly cleaned. Whether the above mentioned details and sypmtoms shows any major issue with the body, or any vitamin/mineral deficency. Please guide me in this regard. Thank You!

Little long bt plz advise! Any kind of minor stressful thought/ strong emotion like being startled by remote falling down, sudden noise at night outside triggera an immense chest discomfort and pressure.. This can radiate to my left arm and also to back sumtimes. stress leads to release of adrenaline which can cause all of it but in my case the heart rate doesnt always increase like right now I am in chest pain episode but my hr is only 68... My discomfort is just like angina but lasts for atleast 2 hours n sumtimes even more I have had several ecgs n many in emergency- some of them at 130/140 bpm but non has shown any sign of ischemia!!! If I get coronary spasms then do they last so long? Am low in b12 and vitamin d and 4 years back Mri spine showed loss of normal curvature but spine xray recent normal... Anti anxiety meds taken since 2 months havent worked a bit.. What to do???

I am finding it difficult to pass my urine since the the urinary pressure is not coming naturally as it used to come 6months back,rather I have to press below the stomach on the the bladder region again and again to get urine pressure and pass the urine finally ,this problem has made my life quite stressful since Everytime I drink water,in just few minutes time I feel extreme discomfort in my bladder region and untill I press and pass the urine I don't get the relief ,presently I am on these medications for my other existing problems,1) Rabium DSR (GERD),2)Montek LC (Nasal Allergy),3)Mexico 10mg(ANXIETY), Please resolve my issue as I am finding it great discomfort in urinating and it may effect my kidney as well.My present creatinine is 1.10mg/dl, urine routine and culture is normal and so is my prostrate also normal.Plzz Help me sort out this issue without getting more into trouble.
