Tight Forskin
I had some white skin like thing coming off my glans for the 3-4 days, and it was like some white spot all over my glans, without any much pain it had some discomfort though which i hardly noticed, later i have a tight foreskin now, due to which during errection im not able to pull it down, i dont see any swells but it pains like it would split and cut if forcily pulled, i do mastrubate everyday twice sinc my teenage days, never had any issue like this but now suddenly this appeared, do i need to consult a urologist to get this treated or i can wait for couple of more days to heal?

Probably looking at it would give me an idea as to what it is. I think the secretions have crusted over and causing you such pain. Probably some antibiotic and anti inflammatory with local anti fungal creams would help you. Please do see a andro/ sexo/ urologist
