Nephrology

Hi , I experienced too much nosebleed and when I came to hospital my Bp was 220 . The reasons are not sure yet but there is a report of Mildly enlarged, hydronephrotic, obstructed Left Kidney with good cortical function in my dtpa scan reports. Other reports so far have been normal . Could this be the reason for high bp . My BP is always fluctuating between 140-160 still. What would be the best diagnosis for this The hospital doctors are suggesting to remove the kidney . I am not sure what is correct. Please help

I usually have numbness and tickling in my both the hand while sleeping.I have little pain  in hand and slight out Waz swelling in palm feel difficult to fold my fingers. The problem get reduced as I get up and stand.

My rhumatologist prescribed me etodolac 400 mg for 20 days two time as I am suffering from spondylopathy, i want to know increased creatinine due to NSAID can reverse when drugs stopped

My father is 71 years old. During routine check for heart, creatine is 1.4 in kft test. The cardiologist said nothing but sholud I go to nephrologist for further check up or is it ok ? He is well built height 5.6", weight 62 kg. Taking telma ct 40/6.25, rozalet 10 and nitrocontin 2.6 .

I have a foamy urine issues I checked with urine doctor said uti problem pus cells 20 to 25 protein present plus and after treatment protein nil and I took all test creatine all are normal ultrasound also and PCR value 0.07 and protein in random urine 6.7 and all are normal everytime protein nil but still I have foamy urine if I drink water not came foamy it come normal I am easily dehydrated always thirsty why please help and small age onwards I have a frequent urination please help what is the problem

I have done a regular checkup and the potassium levels are a bit elevated. Attaching the report please guide me. Can it be cause i had eaten potatoes (dum aloo) last night? Also, i have done usg abdomen, urine routine and urine culture they are normal. And I have been prescribed tendocare forte and calcium supplements for my coccydynia, are they safe for kidneys? Thanks.
