I hv hypertension last 3 month so I want to talk yo nephrologist General physician told me that concept with naphrologist

Hi. I've been experiencing frequent urination and mild tingling sensation in the urethra after urine passage from the past 3-4 days. My blood and urine tests came out fine, just that there were tiny traces of protein in my urine sample with negative value . My creatinine is 1.1 mg/dL and gfr value 92 mL/min/1.73m2. Kindly advise for medications or any further diagnosis if needed.

Initially I faced the hypertension then I follow to check all test and found that the KFT  report not up to mark also BUN uric acid and creatnin report also not good Request you to please check my report and suggest

A 46 year old male patient who is a known diabetic since 22 years and is on 40 units of insulin ( 20 pre mean and 30 post) and known hypertensive since 1 year, had oliguria since a month and 8 days ago developed breathless and pedal odema . On further investigations on 18/09/23 his hemoglobin was 9.3, RBS 242, HBA1C 8.8, Urea 73 and creatinine 4.1. Has has high grade bilateral pitting odema, right sided pleural effusion, periorbital odema, and swollen abdomen but no ascites. His 2D echo showed mild to moderate MR, moderate LV dysfunction, LVEF 40%, mild global and regional hypokinesia of LV and dilated cardiomyopathy. The doctor told he has stage 5 CKD On 20/09/23 was urea was 83, creatinine 4.7 On 23/09/23 was Hb was 8.2, urea was 115, creatinine 5.8, Sodium 127.0, Potassium 4.6, Chloride was 101.5. On 24/09/23 Hb 7.5. , urea 149, creatinine was 5.87, Sodium was 122.8, Potassium 4.8, Chloride was 99.1, auric acid 10.3. How severe is his condition. Does he require dialysis ?

I am diagnosed with Diabetic Nephropathy few month ago then my creatinine level is at 4.8  and albumin +++ and little bit swelling in legs now after one and half month treatment my creatinine level is 4 and 3.1 (after a month and after 1.5 month) Uria 47 uric acid 4.37. No swelling or cramps only little fatigue and low appetite Should I go for more advance treatment Medicine taking : Cetanil trio 6.25 once a day D rise 60k once a week Oxvamet xr 1000 once a day Nephrosafe once a day Alfakit once a day Thyronorm once a day Pro and pre biotic once a week Sodium bicarbonate for gastric (occasionally)

50 yo Female Diabetic Since 3 yrs Hypertension Since 13 yrs Recent KFT BUN (10.76) Creat (0.5) Urea (23.03) Calcium (10) Uric Acid (6.2) The KFT seems normal but Total 24hr urinary protein is 1482mg/24 hr what to do next.

Hi Doctor, My mother is a Rheumatoid arthiritis patient. She got her certinine levels as 1.65 so we got usg abdomen pre and post void so she got the impression as "Bilateral grade 3 Renal parenchymal changes. " Is there any treatment for this and her uric acid and phosphorus is with in the range. Thanks in advance

I Diagnosed with Diabetic Nephropathy few month ago with very mild symptoms (little bit of swelling in feet) eventually all symptoms gone within a week of treatment creatinine level decreased from 4.85 to 3 and eventually bellow 3. Now I am continue with my medication like alfakit, Nephrosafe, Cetanil Trio 6.25, D Rise 60k, Oxramet and Thyronorm. But sometimes I feel very tired and unbalanced . What should I do now?

Dear doctor, my creatinine was 0.7 in Jan, 0.98 in March and 1.03 in September. It looks like it is increasing. I also had other tests yesterday and their values are ( BUN 7.83, URIC ACID 5.91, Sodium 137, Potassium 3.69, Chloride 108.6, eGFR 97.1). I also had urine yesterday where everything is shown normal. What should I do in this case? Why creatinine is increasing overtime. I know kidneys are fine at this time but will it be affected soon? I'm attaching the urine report here.
