Dr is it possible to start ARBs to treat proteinuria when in ckd stage 4 ...creatinine 4.1 Plz need to know dr.

My frien's one kidney is smaller than the other since his birth. I am really scared. Will his kidneys have any issues in the future? He has not had a check up for 15 years. He doesn't feel any problem except some migraines once in six months. I am so tensed. What should be done?

White pus kind of particles in urine and extreme fatigue, feverish feeling .. kindly suggest what I should do

There is pus discharge from the av graft fistula which was put for dialysis, it has been 6 months since the graft was put . No problem with flow , just the dialysis technician told us he has pus coming from there so they had to put the needle in new place . He told us to go see the doc who put the graft . Now we are confused ... Whether to go see the plastic surgeon who put the graft or to go see the vascular surgeon or go meet the nephrologist. Is this something very serious?

On 20 April my creatinine was 0.77 with traces of protein in urine Now on 27 June creatinine is 0.9 with nil protein Also I have stones in both kidneys of size 4.5 mm which is causing moderate pain Is this normal or not

This is a report of a 73 aged person who have been diagnosed diabetic nephropathy  his blood sugar is under control now sometimes becoming hypoglycemic his routine examination and culture examination of urine is attached please suggest that the culture examination is having positive growth of microorganism ,currently needle biopsy can be done or not..

I have mild hydronephrosis and dilated ureter upto iliac crossing(Written in USG),I feel heaviness in right lower back..Doc suggested DTPA renogram..In report I can see there is something written about right kidney.. My mother is a pateint of rheumatoid arthritis with c3 c4 disc herniation l4l5 disc bulge neck pain back pain and knee pain, she takes aceclofenac paracetamol tablets 100mg twice a day,she get sufficient relief from this ,she is taking this medicine from 6 months and get sufficient relief from this, but i afraid of nsaid associated kidney damage, should she continues this medicine or not she also have inflammation in various joints

My aunt is has to metallic valve replacement in 1998 and got sub accute CVA in Jan 23. Her body is swelling and her s creatinine level is 2 and her albumin level is 2.84 need medication to control her creatinine levels
