Dear Doctor I am on att for Pulmonary TB.. At present on Levofloxacin 1000 Combutol 1200 Clofazimine 100 RIFAMPICIN 600( reintroduced after Dili...today 3rd day after restart... PYRODOXINE -20 mg.. Will this cause any kidney damage? I have seen in Google RIFAMPICIN cause kidney problems if intermittent drugs taken ? I am afraid..plz guide me

Hello I am advised for Ct angiography, In which 100 ml dye will be given for which kidney can be affected, I tested my creatine is 0.95 gfr 105 , BUN -11 , does it affect kidney in future my age is 26 now

My creatine level is 1.32 any problem how to decrease it please suggest me,medicine or dit planing me

My father age 72 ,  serum creatinine 1.49 , uacr 20mg/g( A1) ,  height 5'6", weight 65kg. Lab does not provide his egfr . So I calculate egfr 50 ( ckd epi 2021 ) , egfr 41 ( cockcroft gault ) , egfr 49 ( mdrd ) . Which one is accurate? Which one is the best method for calculating elderly male egfr ? Please help

Hello,I got my mother routine test done and found her potassium level 5.8.All other parametes are normal along with ECG and stomach ultrasound. We have got her checked by a local physician who asked to stop Telma and give Ln Bloc 10 for BP along with K bind.Plesse suggest best way to reduce her potassium level which was normal till Aug.

2.3*2.2 cm cyst since previous ultrasound. Last year nephrologist said no issues. Does same applies now too? Any supplements suggested?
