My mother has creatinine 2.4.her recent pth is 246.her calcium and vitamin d is normal.is it serious and is curable

My wife is diagnosed with high creatinine and protein in urine. Patient : 32yrs, female Test results are as Creatinine : 1.61 mg/dl GFR estimated : 44 ml/min/1.73m2 Protein in urine : present 1+(30 mg/dl) We are planning for laparoscopic surgery for fibroid in uterus. And further then IVF. Can we go with these kidney results. Reports are in attachment.

Hi, 55 yo female diabetic since 6 yrs. Past History of renal stones. Recently urinalysis show's albumin 3+. Which will the best confirmatory test now 1) 24 hr total urinary protein Or 2)Urine microalbumin /creatinine ratio?

My father had a av graft done on his right arm , After 4 months of dialysis , the place were the Needle is inserted for dialysis had become wound and pus and blood started . They started cannulication on a new site , later this previous site has continuous oozing . So the vascular doctor suggested of graft failure , and wanted to put permanent catheter. I have been facing foamy urine since 1.5 years. Every 6 months i go for UPCR AND KFT as advised by doctor. Since 1 year UPCR WAS .02, .07 and .05 creatine remained between 1 and 1.1, Urea 20-21. I started going to the gym after a gap of 5 years and heavy workouts daily for 2 hours. I took Whey protein supplement of approximately 33 gm daily and other dietey protien but i have stopped since 2 days (took for 2 months) and got myself tested after stopping for two days. My RANDOM results came as protein 14 mg/dl creatinine 20.7 mg/dl, UPCR came to .68, kft- creatinine 1.1, urea 20 and all normal reports, no sugar and bp. Please advice i am having sleepless nights.
