Need consultation for myself I am suffering from ckd has creatinine level 6.5 need consultation related to diet without transplants

Hello doctor's, I'm Sayan Chatterjee (age 24+) , Recently in Jan 16th I diagnosed with 3.2mm kidney stone and cystitis in bladder .At that time I also have protein leak in urine ( present+) and my physician told me to do Urine acr ( sample was midstream urine) and the report was following Urine microalbumin: 2.2 mg/dl Urine creatinine: 0.105gm/dl Urine microalbumin to creatinine ratio: 20.9 mg/gm In dec 19 th 2023 , My creatinine was 0.81 mg/dl and in Jan 2024 My creatinine was 1.0 mg/dl ... Is this elevation of creatinine suggest I may have kidney failure in future or now because in 2022 my creatinine also 1.0 mg/dl I currently have some breathing problem as I recently got respiratory infections and fever ... For stone I was prescribed ston 1B6 syrup ... Currently I'm so much in stress regarding this so kindly please provide suggestions what I need to do ... I also attached some of my reports here which I mentioned above ...

Dear doctor, I have been diagnosed (attached scan report) with 4mm kidney stone in left renal middle calyx and multiple stones at right upper, middle and lower calyx. Can this be cleared by laser lithotripsy or it does require uteroscopy. Kindly advise. Thanks in advance

My brother is suffering from acidosis Seizures (maybe , as per my observations of the past 7 yrs) I want him to get tested for understanding his exact problem and treatment but unable to find the right path for it. Sir, I had burning urine sensation from few days I have consulted doctor and it was cleared .From yesterday I have back pain exactly not upper not lower in the middle center not on the sides .Sir is this related to kidney pain .The pain feels more like a bone pain.The pain is increasing if I sit and I feel comfortable if I stand .I am attaching my urine test report sir .can you please tell what pain this actually is.

On CT kub scan I have been diagnosed with 5.6 mm stone in VUJ. Dr advised 5 days TAMSUKEAM capsule. Now again after one month I am having a burning sensation after passing urine.Urine routine and culture examination shows no bacteria.what should I do next?

Hi sir Creatinine 1.08 mg Creatinine 1.10mg What does this mean normal range is till 1.5 mg Creatinine 1.08 1.10 means it's under 1 or above one or above 1.5 Plz clear my doubt

Hi , last two months due to winter I have taken 1.5 lit water per day. It will affect my kidney? One of my friend  is saying it will damage your kidney. Pls help me it will cause kidney issues due to dehydration
