Urea increased
My mother had nephrectomy of left kidney in 2020 due to renal cell carcinoma. Post operation she is fine till date with minor increase in uric acid for which she is under medication but in the recent report her urea levels are increased to 25mg/dl so is it something concerning. Do i need to change her diet or diet plan is required?
Please let me know what is required

Opinion on young CKD/DIAB/HYPR T/PNEUM
My sister is 36 year old. She was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, diabetes at 16 years of age
She had been taking medicines but not regularly. In 2020 she was diagnosed with CKD and soon started with haemodialysis along with Hypertension, Diabetes and Hypothyroidism.
Soon she developed conditions of acute anemia and water retention in her stomach. Her acute anemia got fixed with regular post dialysis erythropoietin and darbopoitien.
Her weight has dropped to 47kgs.
Recently she was diagnosed with pneumonia and was admitted to a local hospital. Doctors suggest that she had water retention in her right lung and water has also minorly affected the heart and her LFT is fine but as the water is increasing in her abdomen she might be having liver issues.
While her pneumonia is getting treated she has become extremely weak and her Hb has dropped to 6 from 12 and we suspect that it is because of hospital mismanagement.
What should be our line of treatment from today?

High bp issue
Hi 3-4 weeks back I suffered from high bp of 220/120 and nosebleed and got admitted and when the tests were done there was a discrepancy in my left kidney with a PUJ
DTPA showed as follows :
CT abdomen suggestive of grade IV hydronephrosis in left kidney with abrupt narrowing in left PUJ. ? PUJ obstruction
Eco cardio showed following :
Concentric Left Ventricular Hypertrophy
Rgu mcu was normal
And other reports were normal
I had no symptoms of headache before just a nosebleed which lead to checking of bp first time
Does this suggest I have high bp forever now
My parents have high bp history
Also I have a dj stent placed in my left kidney bit with medicines it is going below 135/90
The hospital I am referring to is suggesting for a pyloplasty in left kidney for this
They are still not sure high bp is because of obstruction or not
Is this correct diagnosis?
Surgery is needed I know but what could be the reason for high bp is still an issue for me
