My father, aged 60 years, recently diagnosed Pain over upper abdomen after meal for last 1 month BP: 130/70 mmHg Creatinine: 1.3 mg/dal Urea: 34 mg/dal PSA: 1.33 ng/ml Haemoglobin: 12.6 gm/dL R.B.C: 4.35 million/cu mm Eosinophils: 8% PCV: 37% ESR: 30mm/1 hr I am attaching all the reports. Please suggest something to me.

Dear Doctor, My Dad's age is 69. He is on Kidney related medications like Qten & Ketocheck since 3 years and Diabetes/Thyroid medications since many years. Recently his Creatinine increased from 1.5 to 2.94. But all the other Kidney parameters are perfectly Ok.  Reports attached. His HBA1C is 9.1. TSH is 10. Our concern is whether these fluctuations are due to aging? What kind of approach do we need to take to control Kidney/Thyroid/Diabetes parameters. Please suggest

Hi, Recently we have done CECT ABDOMEN & PELVIS scan of my father in law and the reports showing - Urinary bladder walls are mildly thickened - ? Cystitis. Prostate is mildly enlarged in size 40 x 35 x 42 mm with normal attenuation. Few simple cortical cysts are seen in bilateral kidneys, Largest measuring approx. 20 x 18 mm in left kidney. Defect of size 8 mm seen at umbilicus with herniation of omentum – s/o umbilical hernia. I have also attached reports , please refer further action?

12+ years kidney transplant patient with stable graft. Recently did my routine test and found a low platelet count ( lower than my usual of 150k). I'm attaching 2 CBC reports in span of 5 months for comparison. Does this signifies any blood disorder as I don't carry any infection or tiredness symptoms. Kindly suggest your opinion on same.
