Hi Kerendia is for reducing protein leak in urine and slow down kidney disease progression. mild increase in creatinine after starting Kerendia is expected. If potassium is normal may observe. However need more details like cause for protein leak, how severe is the protein leak etc. alternative medications can be tried.

How is the potassium levels.  Has the proteinuria improved now? Repeat the creatinine after a week..if it is still rising,  better to stop kerendia
