Hi
I see you are 24 year old, unless you have increased risk of kidney disease like family history of kidney disease or you have hypertension/ diabetes it is unlikely this is significant. Echotexture maybe seen raised even if you are dehydrated… But you may check your blood - kidney function test and urine analysis
