Age-65 Female Help me in knowing the kidney status with creatinine -1.7 and urea 69 she didn't have any symptoms before it just got started when she overworked in farm for a day and then she had fevel and stool but its now vanished but knee joint started extremely bad she can't even stand

Hi
Reports noted. She might have acute kidney injury because of fever and loose stools or if she has taken any pain killers of knee pain.. or she might have underlying chronic kidney disease. Need further evaluation including urine analysis and ultrasound and observation.
Please don’t take pain killers. Take pain medicine which are safe for kidney only.
