Yes, the report you sent shows that there is damage to the kidneys. Back then, almost 3 weeks ago, the serum creatinine level was 2.29, and the BUN level was also high.  Your mother is 90 years old, has diabetes, and high blood pressure. She needs to be carefully checked out to find out what caused her kidney damage and if it can be fixed. In the meantime, she needs to be treated for any related symptoms or complications, such as a build-up of fluid in the body, a loss of appetite, vomiting, abnormal electrolytes, acid-base levels, etc., in addition to keeping her blood sugar and blood pressure under control.
Next Steps
Do not give her any painkillers, herbal medicines, or other medicines that can hurt her kidneys even more. The amount of fluid she drinks should match how much she pees and how much fluid her body has. Give her table salt so she can taste it, but do not give her any extra salt. Let her eat home-cooked food that has less protein in it. Get in touch with a local doctor.
