Nephrology

Sir / mam ,i have been diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome with membranous nephropathy. I have also some edema around eyes in morning. I have also proteinurea about 11.4 g / day. Doctor has started steroid therapy of prednisolone. Kindly tell me the diet i should follow and the things to be avoided to cure the disease. And should fluid restriction should be done in this or not. And can i drink milk with proteinex ( protein powder) And can i eat egg ,panner ,chach ,lassi ,curd or not. Or how much protein i should take. Please tell doctor.

Currently my grandfather is suffering from heatstroke (loo). For first 2 days body temperature was more than 100 and  pressure falls. Medication - Saline, Antibiotic- Monocef, Bifilac HP, Lots of coconut water and ORSL. From today he his having pain during urinating. Is it some kind of side effect or symptoms of Heatstroke? Kindly suggest.

Hi, My father was having some swelling face on 15 march so we did the cbc,lft and kft test in which creatine was 2.1 and blood was 7.5 then we got the treatement from nephorogist and we did test after 1 month now creatnine is 1.2 and blood is 11.45, But my father still having weakens and breatlesness sometime, I an attaching both old nad new report and guide if its all good or we have to do something My father also on 2017 got one cardiac attack in which he got two blockage 75 and 100 but after some time dr stopped medicine of blockage also I am still confuse should i go for heart doctor or what to do here please suggest

My mother (59 years old) did a KFT, EGFR is 55 serum creatinine is 1.10, urea serum 15, Albumin Creatinine ratio/ urin 2.58. she has BP and Cholesterol and diabetes.her GFR was 70 six months back.she took some painkillers for sciatica. Is this CKD?please advise

Recently I was feeling frequent thirst so I went for these test to access a) Urine examination b) KFT c) Blood Sugar My urine examination was normal .( Report attached) My KFT all of a sudden shows increase in Creatanine i.e 1.33 mg/dL ( Normal Value as per report are as (0.40 - 1.20) - Report attached . My fasting sugar level was 86 that was cross checked using glycometer. Are my kidneys getting effected and what needs to be done ?

My 7yr old son is on treatment for nephrotic syndrome.omnacortil alternate days.2 days back he was feeling little sick with mild cough.no fever. Today his urine is showing trace amount of protein.is this a warning sign? Till now it was showing negative

My grandfather has prostate cancer..now creat is 1.3, earlier 0.7 What is the reason for this and what can be done to resolve this

My father started getting protein in urine from last year, since last 6 months he is getting some treatment, 6 months ago the creatinine was 1.5. last month it was 1.67 but then we changed the doctor and he prescribed kerendia and stopped ctd 12.5 and within one month it has increased from 1.6 to 2. Not sure if this is due to the medicine or what. Don't want this to increase now. How to stop the progression. Sugar and blood pressure we have controlled now. I have attached the report for reference.

Recently I went for a general urine examination, as I was feeling cold and chills . Once the report came back it shows Protein content in it . Not sure why this is and what can be the reason  . I don't have any symptoms. I am attaching the report for reference before I can take an online consulatation .
