My father encountered AKI 3 months ago,he is improving but his creatinine is stuck at 3.2 from the past 1 month. In his current report his phosphorus is 5.3,is it dangerous?require immediate action? Is there any possibility his creatinine goes back to normal as his creatinine was 1.3,4 months before this aki episode due to diarrhoea

Hi I am 35 yr old and have a hypertension, 2 months back I was diagnosed with creatinine of 1.75 with urine protein presence +++ , where I was told by doctors to reduce weight, I was 92 then and my current weight is 81.
