Hi Dr. I had my mother kidney test few readings bothering me could you please help me to understand is there any risk with her kidney or not...and please let me know if any test is required. report attached she is 55years old.

I have Ultrasound scanning due to my creatinine showing 1.5 mg/dl. 1. grade 1 bilateral renal parenchymal changes. Is there any chance to reduce these changes what it shows in Ultrasound scanning. How to reduce creatinine

Hi Dr., I had get done kidney profile and urine test few readings getting highlighted in the report which is bothering me a lot for. does any kidney disease it seems for or its normal? do we need to get more test done if any please suggest? she is diabetic and bp she take medicine regularly and controlled diabetes. report attached. please check.

When we confirm we have CKD previously my creatinine is 1.5 mg/dl. Later it came back to 1.1 mg/dl and I am using tablet for kidney 1.acetylcysteine and taurine tablet. And I have done ultrasound scanning there showing like 1st grade 1 fatty liver 2nd grade 1 renal bilateral changes. When will I go for a test again? How many days do I need to do this tablet? Now I am with CKD? When we confirm I am suffering with CKD?

My mother did a kidney function test in April.her eGFR is 55 ,Creatinine is 1.10 ,Urea serum 15 ,Albumin Creatinine ratio is 2.58 and her electrolytes are normal.she has BP, Cholesterol and Diabetes.her doctor recommended to take protein for every meal.I heard kidney patients should reduce protein intake.please advise?

Sir / mam ,i have been diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome with membranous nephropathy. I have also some edema around eyes in morning. I have also proteinurea about 11.4 g / day. Doctor has started steroid therapy of prednisolone. Kindly tell me the diet i should follow and the things to be avoided to cure the disease. And should fluid restriction should be done in this or not. And can i drink milk with proteinex ( protein powder) And can i eat egg ,panner ,chach ,lassi ,curd or not. Or how much protein i should take. Please tell doctor.

Currently my grandfather is suffering from heatstroke (loo). For first 2 days body temperature was more than 100 and  pressure falls. Medication - Saline, Antibiotic- Monocef, Bifilac HP, Lots of coconut water and ORSL. From today he his having pain during urinating. Is it some kind of side effect or symptoms of Heatstroke? Kindly suggest.
