Suffering from sever pain had cloudy blood in urin for a day before 4 days. Need medicine for overall treatment

My son is 7 yrs old..he has nephrotic syndrome and is on medicine since 6march 2024.now docttr has made omnacortil alternate day. His protein is negative.im checking everyday. Since yesterday he is complaining of throat pain and wet cough.no fever.pls tell me what should i do?

Age-65 Female Help me in knowing the kidney status with creatinine -1.7 and urea 69 she didn't have any symptoms before it just got started when she overworked in farm for a day and then she had fevel and stool but its now vanished but knee joint started extremely bad she can't even stand

Sir/mam kindly help me in knowing the health status of my grandmother she is 70 yrs old and there is literally no symptoms before 5-6 days it just started from 4 days with extreme pain in knee joints, fever and stool although fever and stool been optimised.. but can you please help me in knowing the kidney status and will it affect badly on health. She is been administered yesterday and till now also she didn't have any symptoms rather than knee joint. I submitted the ultrasound report

HELLO SIR/MAM KINDLY HELP ME KNOWING STATUS OF MY GRANDMOTHER SHE IS 65 YRS OLD AND RECENTLY HER LEG FACES SEVERE PAIN... When was the first time I took the test my creatinine was 1.2mg/dl. after 2 days when I took test creatinine was 1.5 and done with Ultrasound scanning its shows like 1.bilateral grade 1 renal parenchymal changes. and after one 15 days I have taken the test again and my creatinine is 1 mg/dl. when I check again after 15 days it's 1.2 mg/dl. After 10 days (Today) I have done the creatinine test again now my Value is 1.1 mg/dl . 1.My blood sugar is 74 mg/dl. 2.BLOOD PRESSURE 125/ 80( I feel little tension while taking the BP). What precautions do I need to take care of  how to increase my kidney health ? How to maintain my creatinine like this ? Are there any tests I need to do about my kidney health? Am I with CKD or not ? What diet do I need to follow? Can you please answer my questions according to my report?

So my father recently 6 months back started getting protein in the urine. So we started with medications, in March I got his creatinine as 1.59 and then we decided to switch doctors the new doctor stopped ctd 12.5 and started kerendia . Today the creatinine is 2.2. please tell what to do??

I am suffering from weakness ,pain in lower feet, and mild swelling in leg and low urine out put . My creatinine is 1.3. , uric acid 10.7 . Also I am diagnosed with fatty liver grade two and elevated LFT. creatinine was .9 ten month ago. What is the reason for high creatinine? I have no sugar or bp. Please reply.

Can I know how to reduce creatinine, now my creatinine is 1.2 mg/dl. After how many days I will go for a test.
