PROTEIN - CREATININE RATIO, URINE Protein Total 139.00 mg/dL Creatinine 36.00 mg/dL Protein Creatinine Ratio 3.86 And I am on telma 20 mg and for protein One month ago my protein in urine is 78 mg/dl And creatinine is 18 mg/dl And protein creatinine ratio is 4.3 My doubt is telma is not working ?? Or kidney disease is progressing rapidly as I am at age of 20 and and also on medication What know what is happening to my kidney as my weight is 49 kg and I am also not taking to much protein in a day And also no diabetes and BP is always in 120/70 to 130/90 stable always checking Creatinine in blood is about 2.2 to 2.4 mgdl Urea is 30 to 46 mgdl but after telma urea and creatinine is increased My question is why protein in urine is increasing but ratio is decreasing

Hi Doctors, My father(68) underwent pacemaker implant and two stents. He was advised by the doctor to use Brilinta 90mg along with few others. After 1.5 months of using the tablet. We took a blood test for him and the GFR is 49. Please advise if we have to stop it or continue. Thank you.

Hello Sir , For the last two months I have taken 4 to 4.5 lit water per day. Does it cause kidney issues like kidney pressure or kidney failure? One of my friends told me 4 lit water is too much and it will cause kidney damage. I am fearing this issue. Pls help me

Hi Doctors, My father has undergone heart related procedures. Pace maker implant and 2 stents. Post surgery, he was given the below medicines. 1. Brilinta 90mg - Twice a day 2. CTD T/40/12.5 - once a day 3. Ecospirin 75 mg - once a day 4. Tonact 40mg - once a day 5. Starpress xl 25 mg - once a day After two months of usage of these medicines, my father got blood tested. His GFR value is 49. Creatinine is 1 .55. My question is, the GFR levels are down because of which medicine in the above list ? And what is the prevention to improve the values. Please advise.

Hello doctors! Last month my husband had severe abdominal pain which radiated in lower side. Rush to hospital. They settled the pain. Did CT scan and kidney stone detected. He is taking medicine also. Yesterday again pain started. Today USG done. Both reports shared. Kidney swallowing shown in report now. Is it curable? Pl suggest for next step.

During master health check up , potassium was 6.9, haemoglobin at 8.5, high phosphorus and other values like creatinine, liver function, ecg etc was normal. Second potassium test was normal . I'm confused about two different potassium values. Kindly advise.

What does occasional epithelial and puss cell in urine routine test means...it should be 0 to 5 ...but what does occasional term means... occasional means how much?
