KFT shows low Uric Acid
I was advised few days back to go for KFT as my urine examination showed a little protein. Followed that I went for KFT which showed my creatinine level bit high - 1.33 ( 0.40 - 1.20 mg/dL - Refrence Range ).
Today after doing some life and food modification I went against for KFT after three weeks . My creatine level is as 1.11 mg/dL which has now been reduced , plus urine examination also shows no protein content .However in today's KFT report it shows my Uric Acid low is as 3.1 ( Refrence Range - 3.4 -7.0 mg/dL) . Not sure what can be the reason now for its low level . Any suggestion before I can go for a consultation.

Microalbuminia
My mother is diabetic since mid of 2019.. & hypertensive since mid of 2021 bp is normal 130/90
. Age: 50 years
Every 3 months we get hb1ac along with FBS and ppbs.. before oct 2023 that is from July 2023 to oct 2023 period it was uncontrolled.. when checked she had hb1ac of 9.8 and fasting 248 . Later medicines were changed in Oct 2023 and since Oct 2023 to present(last checked in may 2024) it's in 7.2 hb1ac & fasting was 142 PPPBS 213 in the same time there was diabetic profile test chosen in tat creatinine shows 0.50 mg/dL and microalbumin 30.3 mg/l but normal shows less than 20. Hence I got her complete health checkup within 2 days including GFR which shows 126.6 mL/l and cystatin c which shows 0.74 mg/L & ACR . This was an incidental finding .. within 2 days microalhminia showed 36.1 mg/l doctor said it's normal nothing to worry.. is this start of ckd? She has no symptoms of urine issues or any.In Oct 2023 her usg abdomen pelvis was normal blood Reports attached pls guide.

Hi
I have diagnosed hydronephrosis in 2020 where my gfr is 0.9 and I am under weight and in 2021 i diagnosed COVID and then my creatinine set to 1.6 and still I am not on any medication and in this period I am also consulting doctor continuously but suddenly post COVID side effects rise and I got acute kidney disease at that point I change my doctor and new doctor treat me well and control my creatinine from 3.2 to 2.2 and stable till April 2024, suddenly my BP is getting high actually i don't have any BP or diabetes. So my doctor started telma 20mg and creatinine rise from 2.2 to 2.57 and protein in urine from 94 mgdl to 116 mgdl , creatinine in urine from 18 to 27.93 mgdl, protein creatinine ratio from 5.19 to 4.19 in 15 days of taking telma 20 mg regularly
I am tensed about my health and my life as ckd is life threatening disease I still not understand why only creatinine, protein in urine and urea is rising how to reduce creatinine please help I am student and not enough money
