For 24 hours urine albumin test, as we collect the urine in the container. Is it mandatory to refrigerate the urine (keeping in the fridge?) or is it okay it kept outside also. Started to collect the urine since 10 am and didn't keep it in the fridge. What's the procedure pls guide

I have had a recurring bacterial urine infection from the last 2 years In the beginning it was showing bacteria in urine culture and urine routine but now it's not showing bacteria in urine culture and urine routine But I still have symptoms of burning and yellow urine even after drinking lots of water I am going to ask my doctor to perform prostatitis massage so it will release bacteria So urine culture and urine routine can detect bacteria Am I right? Or completely wrong?

My Mother age is 60 and creatinine is 11 and Hb is 5.7 doctors have advised dialysis. Should i go for dialysis and are there any hospital which provides free dialysis

Hi Dr I have done some health check and my creatine is 0.9 my urea is 19 but my urea creatinine ratio is 23.5 mg/mg(calculated) may I know normal ranges is it ok

My cystatin-c test value is 1.12 mg/L. Method used is immunoturbidimetric, sample - serum. Is my test report is normal.

I am 45 year male diabetic since 15 years. Recently I visited a hospital at Kerala and performed health check up. In my upper gi endoscopy h pylori was positive and doctor prescribed me levoflaxacin and amoxycillin for 14 days. Then I consult for muscle pain and cramps and after blood test it is found that my magnesium level is slightly low and doctor prescribed me magnesium oxide tablet. After taking nine days of antibiotics and 02 days magnesium oxide next day my feets were swelled and i had tested urine routine test and my urine albumin was positive 1+ which was earlier negative before taking these medicine. Now I am feeling nauseated and tired. My legs feels heavy always. Kindly advice.

Past one year my bp is very high at night. Even I am taking hypertension tablets in the morning and evening. Often 2 to 3 times urine urgency during sleep at night. And there are many protein in the urine . Urine is foamy bubbles especially at night. My creatinine is 1.32 and urea is 6.6. I have repeated the test three months later still the creatinine is 1.35. What is the cause for this. Is it normal. I am having diabetes . Also I am taking psychiatric medicine since 2015 for severe anxiety and depression. Please suggest .

Pls check attached report (No diabtes, no BP). Got, diabetes profile checkup along with annual checkup which had microalbuminuria in the package also. Fasting shows 87 ppbs shows 81 and microalbuminira shows 16.5 mg/L and urine protein shows 14.3.. when checked standard normal values -usually protein levels should be less than 14 however reports shows less than 15 is considered to be normal (not sure why the lab shows until 15 as normal) In annual checkup my creatine was 0.8 complete kFT was normal with serum urea 16.4 (reference value19-44). The urine given for test was mid stream spot urine( morning at 8 A.M) I am a vegetarian and I don't eat non veg. I workout moderate exercises I do not consume any workout protein shakes. Have known that kidneys do not leak protein but protein is detected it means kidneys are getting damaged. Here the urine protein value shows 14.3 but normal range is less than 14 as per standard values. Pls guide

I have microbelium ratio 355 .. plss tell which antibiotic help or another test. From last one year i have problem in urine
