My weight has reduced by 8kg in 3 years . My serum creatine was 0.8 .6 months back but now it is 1. My uric acid is 7.2. i can see some bulges on finger at my foot .im suffering foot pain and muscle twitches and suffering from foamy urine since 4 years. Any serous problem

I was lately getting frequent urination and insomnia. Tested sugar, a1c and cbc all normal. Coming to kft and lft attached report. In december 2023, i did a kft agter coming back from a different country, my creatine was 1.24, then i repeated it after 2 weeks with consultation, along with urine routine and culture, it was normal. Creatine was then 1.03 Is it because I eat nonveg quite often and workout daily? Heavy lifting? Please guide me doctors. I have ine ectopic kidney as found in usb abdomen. I am scared if I will end up with ckd. And can i take 1 scoop of whey/plant protein alternate days? As i dont want to go for nonveg if affects my creatine levels :(

Dear Doctor My father recently underwent kidney biopsy and the report says that Features are of Mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis, morphologically favouring IgA Nephropathy (HAAS Class IV; Oxford classification M1E0SOTO -CO). Please see the report and my father is worried about that and they are given a tablet and said to come back after 15 days and I have enclosed report also

Hello sir, I have gastric issues ( comes and goes) since last year. I have back pain in last month and undergone some tests like USG abdomen, urine test, blood test and eGFR test. USG test shows grade 1 fatty liver and other results are normal.kidneys are normal in shape and size. Urine test shows no Albumin in urine and no infection. Blood test shows slight increse in SGpt level. eGFr value is 123.6 Doctor said my kidneys are perfectly fine but I'm worried. Are my kidneys are fine??

The results of my laboratory about potassium level is low.The result is 3.34 only but i don't have anything symptoms right now.

I was having pain in stomach since 2 months and I took Librax for 10 days and on 4/6/24 my creatinine level was 0.97 but on 27/6/24 my creatinine level was 1.1. Also, my potassium level is above normal at 5.66. I also had urine test but it was normal with no proteinuria. Could you suggest what could be the problem. Reports are attached
