Creatinine and urea high
Dear doctor.
My urine is foamy most of the day with bad smell. Night time bp raising to above 200/135. Day time 165/115. Two days back I had taken RFT and eGFR. Urea is high, creatinine is 1.6 sodium and bicarbonate is slightly low. eGFR 65. Is that normal. I am taking Bp medicine but bp is not coming down

Please see a nephrologist. Your report is not normal. Time is important in kidney. Without wasting time kindly see a nephrologist, you need an ultrasound, urine protein creatinine ratio and most probably will require a renal biopsy to ascertain the cause ( the nephrologist will tell you after evaluating you).
