Is telma 20 cause sudden rise in creatinine and back to normal when we stop medicine?? Can telma 20 control protin in urine And side-effects of telma are reversible or not Please I am very tensed please answer

My creatinine is set between 2.1 to 2.3 mgdl and vary in this figure but I have high protein creatinine ratio 5.19 where protein is 94 mgdl and creatinine in urine around 18 mgdl but after taking telma 20 mg for 15 days my creatinine jump to 2.57 mgdl and protein 116 mgdl creatinine in urine 27.93 mgdl and ratio is 4.19 Is this happening because of telma 20 mg??
