Hi doctor I have uncontrolled diabetes, and I am not taking any medicine for diabetes, but I gave a 24 hr urine test and found a abnormal protein in urine that is 184 wher normal is 150, and creatine is 0.8, but random urine show no protien

Sir With extreme pain I am writing this.some months ago like 3 months I had urine burning sensation .I went to doctor he prescribed potron mb6 and some antibiotics.i am completely alright but..after that I had severe knee joint pain..I couldn't stand up while getting up from bathroom. still paining...this pain started after taking syrup ..never had any issues like this before ..can you please say why?
