My father, age 54 years, having hypertension, type 2 diabetes and retinopathy has been diagnosed with Chronic kidney disorder in Feb'24 after he accidentally fell due to slippery surface. The doctor recommended blood test which revealed that his creatinine level was 2.4.After taking Medications, the level descreased to 1.58.but again the level increased to 2.7 along with haemoglobin content being too less i.e. 7.i want to ask what is the medications to use and how can we lower the creatinine levels and subsequently the anaemic conditions. Also the eye is having spots which is becoming a problem to focus on an object. What can we do?

My mother Lymphocytes count normally remain high between 50 to 55 for last 6-7 years Not sure about the cause for the same but she had UTI infection as well in past 6-7 years and some complication with kidney stones in the past. Could this be of any concern .

My father is going through dialysis , but he is facing chills and shivering during and after dialysis for some time , then after some time he is completely fine, some tests have been also done for this and antibiotics are given , but why is this problem happening ?

Hello Doctor I am female 64 years old Suffer from diabetes Prescribed amaryl forte 1 mg once a day before food Trajenta duo 2.5/500 mg twice a day after food Diagnosed with left ventricular hypertrophy of the heart Prescribed tazloc 40 mg morning and tazloc 20 mg evening My serum creatinine test yesterday showed .69 3 months ago it was .72 Do I have kidney problems ? My mother is 66 years old is on hemodialysis from past 6 years . She is suffering from diarrhea since yesterday ...she had econorm sachet...but not much relief...her potassium was 5.8 . Can any suggest and medication for diarrhea. Thankyou

My creatinine is increasing and decreasing every 15 days 1.5mg /dl to 1.0 mg/dl to 1.2 mg/dl to 1.1mg/dl to 1.3 mg/dl . Can I know the reason please and my urine test shows all normal. How can I stabilize my creatinine? Is this CKD or Acute ?

First report done on 13th April serum creatinine was 1.49mg/dl 13th may second report . Serum creatinine is 1.59 mg/dl 16 April other reports Urine creatinine 84.53 mg/dl as Protein in urine 18.56mg/dl Spot urine protein creatinine ratio 0.21 Urine protein excretion rate 219.5 mg/day. What does this indicate.. what shud be his diet n further test .. how soon??!
