I have recently gone through some tests where I found that I have high alkaline phosphatase 124 mg/dl and serum phosphorus 4.8 mg/dl levels. Is it a serious problem. I have really low blood count as well.

Initially my creatinine is 1.5mg/dl after nearly 3 months its came to 0.8mg/dl. Is there any chance to again increase in creatinine. What foods I need to eat

I recently had a serum creatinine test and it is 1.13. The reference range is 0.57 to 1.11. Is it dangerously high. What should I do to reduce that. I am having alcohol every weekends two days per week. . My father passed away due to kidney failure at age 62. Pls help me with this about my next steps
