Relatevely small kidney reteroverted
In my usg found relatevely small kidney ,reteroverted with cortical scar on upper pole ,im 33 years old with recently diaognised with bp ,using medicing of 20 mg ,now its under 120/80. im done all the kft and urine test with protein albumin and creatinine ,all are under normal.is it cause of concern? My left kidney is 88x40mm and right 109x50mm .please suggest me whether im okay or not.im going through sleepless night thinking about it
