Dear doctor. My urine is foamy most of the day with bad smell. Night time bp raising to above 200/135. Day time 165/115. Two days back I had taken RFT and eGFR. Urea is high, creatinine is 1.6 sodium and bicarbonate is slightly low. eGFR 65. Is that normal. I am taking Bp medicine but bp is not coming down

Was diagnosed with UTI and Orchitis have been taking the meds did a Urine PCR test today. No protein found but serum creatinine ratio 0.47. Also Did the KFT came back normal. Worried about the same.

I did a creatinine test Result came out 1 , but I feel like itching but not itching . Kindly suggest me

We've done series of investigations for the fever blood culture, urine culture, tb sputum test, hiv, hepatitis b  etc and finally pet ct which showed Pylonephritis with paraotic node and retrocaval node , aortocaval node enlargement what would be the next treatment as urine culture turned negative

Hello Sir, I have been dealing with the problem of frequent urination for quite some time now, and it has been affecting my quality of life significantly. I am unable to sleep properly and cannot focus either. I feel the urge to use the restroom every hour. I have consulted two different urologists, but even after taking their prescribed medications, the problem persists. I will attach the list of medicines they prescribed below. My ultrasound report is normal, I am not diabetic, and my urine test results also came back normal. Despite all this, the issue remains. I am seriously troubled by this problem. Being a college student, I cannot afford to visit different doctors repeatedly, and I don’t feel comfortable asking my parents for money again and again. Please let me know what the issue could be. Could it be something related to my kidneys or hormones? Because it’s not UTI or anything similar. I can send you all the reports if needed. Please help me.

Creatinine level is 4.5, weakness, recently done DJ stenting, pus was removed while operation. But still creatine level is more than 4 only
