Dizziness after acute renal failure
17 days ago I got severe diarrhoea and vomiting and then only 50 ml urine. After 5 days dialysis start and after giving 3 dialysis urine output daily 3 litres, adema almost gone, appetite good. But only problem is severe dizziness and imbalance of brain. Is it normal???
2. Another problem is urine smell is not pungent rather it is fishy. Is it normal??

Yes when ur recovering from kidney injury.you pass around 3-4 litres of urine which can lead to some electrolyte disturbances which can manifest as dizziness and if your on any medications for blood pressure please stop them after checking and keep ur self hydrated
