We need to keep monitoring your creatinine and see how much kidney functions recovers. There is not much role of Nephrosave in your case. We also need to assess if you have some underlying kidney disease which caused the creatinine to go up such significantly

So this is a type of acute kidney injury that happens because of low volume of fluids in your body because of loose motions and once it stops it will take around 4-6 weeks to completely recover till then u need keep regularly following up with ur doctor. And obviously some nephrons will be damaged but the rest of the nephrons will take care
Next Steps
regular followup of blood pressure ,salt restrictions to avoid pain killers and good hydration
