I have foamy urine last 6 months,  specially morning urine more foamy what is it . is it normal or abnormal

Dear doctor mom has urea 56, creatinine 2.7 and uric acid 7.6. Is this alarming? Mom is in regular medication too. Consuming nodosis tablet.
