Please tell me my report attached. Kidney size was coming normal like below- kidney sizes noted in the report (Right kidney: 9.12 x 5.22 cms, Left kidney: 8.82 x 5.23 cms) Issue- on wellness, creatine came 2.1 then went to doctor he gives below medicine for 7 days, tell to reduce weight and i reduce current weight 97.8kg to 94.3kg, but it resulted me feeling weakness and stomach pushing inside. Yesterday then I did ultrasound. Can the ultrasound report is overestimate as size of kidney are normal? Suggestion please.

Since Last 1 year i obsessed my both leg foot and ankle are sweeling when i sittings 10 minutes above and same way standing time . I also  blood test for LFT. KFT, TSH ,LIPID PROFILE test done and test report are normal range and USG for whole aboment test are normal , i take medicine TELVAS H 40/12.5 mg at last 2 years , please advice how do it ?

My father has creatinine level 1.1 and he is 60 years old and egfr value is 73. My grandfather passed away due to kidney failure. I am attaching the report with it. Kindly guide. My question is can my father get the same kidney disease as my grandfather. My creatinine is 0.92 and egfr value is 119 at age 24. What is the probability my father and I will get the kidney disease from my grandfather?

Dear Sir/Madam my recent blood report shows Egfr value 77 and creatin 1.2 is this normal or treatment required age 43 years.

Dear sir,                When my wife went for usg in 36th week of pregnancy...1st time seen 8 mm right and 7.9 mm left pelvis dilation of my baby.. Next day she operated nd got baby boy...there after in routine usg.. Here are apd values of left renal pelvis- 1. Age 6 days - 8.9 mm 2. Age 1.5 month- 3.9 mm 3. Age 4 month- 4.4 mm 4. Age 9 month- 4.15 mm 5. Age 16 month-4.24 mm 6. Age 2 yr 5 month-5.37 mm Right now My baby is 2.9 month of weight of 12 kg is asymptomatic..my concern is given belows- 1. Is it not hydronephrosis ??  2. In last scan there is increasing apd more than 1 mm.. is it error or hydronephrosis is starting worst? 3. What I do now.. Should I stop doing usg or do at time interval of 2 years??

I had a recurring urine bacterial Infection for a long time. After that, I have yellow urine, even After drinking lots of water. And if I masturbate I have a burning sensation while urinating . Urine routine and urine culture shows normal. e GFR decreasing from 130 to became 104,during this . My Doctor is just keeping changing medicines and supplements, Please answer ,what could be the reason?

My creatinine level is 1.33 from 3 month .. is there any concern or need medication or manage with lifestyle .. plz advice
