Hello doctor i have so many swelling on leg,i am suffering from kidney problem since 6 months, kindly suggest how to decrease swelling on leg

In June month of June I did abdomen sonography that was quite normal, in August I did complete health check up my creatinine was 1 GFR 95 , before one week urine test normal, but in August month I suffered from sinus and migraine, I feel reness below eyes and blurry vision , t3 t4 normal TSH slightly higher but anti TPO normal what further I do

My dad has got ear infection and has been asked to take this med by ENT. He has CKD STAGE 4. Is it safe for him to take ?

In my usg found relatevely small kidney ,reteroverted with cortical scar on upper pole ,im 33 years old with recently diaognised with bp ,using medicing of 20 mg ,now its under 120/80. im done all the kft and urine test with protein albumin and creatinine ,all are under normal.is it cause of concern?
