Doubt on creatinine
My serum creatinine is 1.3 (lab upper range 1.2). DTPA RENOGRAM is GFR 84ml/min. Left 47.3%, right 52.7% CT with contrast was normal. No protein in urine. But still creatinine is upper since 2years. Whether I have CKD or not? If yes why creatinine is upper? Please help me

Well it's a difficult question, creatine clearance value depends on dehydration,sex of the person and muscle mass ,in such situation we can cystatin c test available all the big lab it doesn't worry so much and a better indicator of kidney health
