Creatinine can vary from one day to another
There are lot of factors which affect levels
1. High protein diet
2. Dehydration
3. Antibiotic intake
4. Patient's body mass (muscle)/Weight
5. Difference from one lab to another, etc
6. Gender (creatinine is higher in men vs women)
Creatinine is not a good marker of kidney functioning
It just gives a rough idea about kidney functioning
Don't worry about kidney functioning based on the creatinine values
Next Steps
Check creatinine value serially at 2 weeks interval in the same lab
Do an ultrasound of your kidneys and urine microalbumin creatinine ratio
If u are still worried, do a DTPA scan (which will give u a good idea of your kidney functioning)
Health Tips
Stay hydrated
Dont take pain killers or any other unnecessary substance that can damage your kidney
