Increasing Serum creatinine level
My friend 26 years male, 1 year ago he was suffering from kidney stone.Then he consulted a Urologist and take alkashot b6 syrup.5 months ago the stone was removed.5 months ago his serum creatinine level was 0.94(0.6-1.4). Today he checked his serum creatinine level and it is 1.22(range0.6-1.4).Why the creatinine level is increased?Is it harmful for kidney?He is worried about it.Pls ans me.

He should do repeat ultrasound and urine examination. There might be recurrence of stone with obstruction. With reports consult me ASAP.
