Urine infection and creatinine 1.2

My mother had lower abominable pain and nausea from 2 days. This morning we did a USG Urine examination KFT.
Test results attached.
She has severe uti.
My question is and worry is about the creatinine levels.
Can the uti and stones cause a little bit of increase in creatinine levels.
Will they go down once the stones are removed and infection cured.

Urinary tract infection and obstruction due to stone can increase the creatinine, that usually returns to baseline after treatment. It is due to Acute Kidney Injury. Get urine cultures and treatment for infection by a Nephrologist and stone removal by urologist asap.
