Hi Doctors, I’ve been experiencing lower back pain and I suspect it might be due to a kidney stone. Unfortunately, I can’t undergo a CT scan as I’ve already had multiple chest HRCTs recently. An ultrasound (USG) didn't reveal anything conclusive, and an X-ray can't detect small stones. Are there any other reliable options to detect the size and location of a kidney stone without a CT scan? Can ureteroscopy be used as a diagnostic tool to detect stones near the kidney? If yes, what is the approximate cost for diagnostic ureteroscopy? If not, what alternatives can accurately detect kidney stones in such cases?

At what level of Serum Creatinine, Dialysis is required? Whether Dialysis has got a substitute.Preventive measuries for Kidney disease

How much water before how many hours to drink after waking up in the morning,before providing sample for serum creatinine test to maintain adequate hydration ? Should the sample be given in fasting or after having food ?

Drank 1 litre of water after waking up in the morning,2 hours before providing sample for Serum Creatinine test CAN IT CAUSE FALSE RESULTS ? SHALL I REPEAT THE TEST ?

Sodium level in blood is 131 ,hemoglobin 10g, swelling in feet,  that causes weakness, sometimes poor movement in limbs , negative thoughts.

Trying to avoid contrast CT urography due to lung condition – is low-dose CT + MRI a safer option? Radiation exposure – because I already get HRCTs regularly for my lung condition 2. So I’m planning to ask whether we can do both of these instead: 1. A low-dose, non-contrast CT scan to reduce radiation and avoid iodine 2.
