I have done ultrasound in that both kidneys are functioning but right kidney is 80MM and 10 mm thick left kidney is normal 110mm and 14 mm thick and also I have done blood creatinine test it is also normal 1.0 dg/ML and I have done urine routine it's normal except pus cell, epithelial cell 3-4 and urine culture is also normal no infection from bacteria, but still I feel burning sensation after urination for something it's goes off but again comes back after urination. Please suggest some solutions for it. I have attached ultrasound and urine routine report

My urine albumin is 110 mcg/100 ml, urine creatinine is 71.91 mg/100 ml, and my albumin-creatinine ratio (ACR) is 1.53 mcg/mg. Should I be concerned about kidney health? What additional tests should I do to rule out any issues?

Dear Sir/Madam I have done recently Egfr and creatin test ,Value shows Egfr 77 and creatin 1.2.I am using pantaprazole for more than 1 year for Gerd treatment.Does pantoprozole decrease Egfr value iif it is what is the alternate medecine for Gerd which does not cause problem to kidney.

I had a recurring urine bacterial Infection for a long time. After that, I have yellow urine, even After drinking lots of water. And if I masturbate I have a burning sensation while urinating. Urine routine and urine culture shows normal. e GFR decreasing from 130 to became 104, during this. I have been facing foam in urine for the last 5 years. All spot UACR reports are normal. Urine routine no protein found... But whenever I apply momentasone furomate cream on penis head and under the skin of penis...foam disappears and  as soon as I wash cream on penis head foaming again started... My physician is saying it's normal.. But foaming is making me nervous everyday... Creatinine is also normal every time...but only Urea and BUN always slightly on lower side.. Please see the attached reports...CRP is slightly high 5.76 mg/L, HBA1C is 5.4; BP is normal; 4.73 kUA/L phaditop allergy test and normal range is <0.35; prostate specific antigen 0.750 ng/ml normal range <4.0; eosinophil 10% slightly increased and LDL 117 mg/dl and non LDL cholesterol 137 both slightly increased from normal range. Rest the lipid panel is within normal range.. Please help me and suggest what I need to do and if there is a problem with my kidney

Hi, PFA my KFT report. I am breastfeed mom with a 4 month old baby. My urea is high and sodium is low. The day of test I didn't have enough water n took protein rich diet. Few days back I also was on NSAIDs due to knee ache. Please let me know if the values are alarming. I am very worried.

My sister has diabetes and recently she started seeing one of the feet swelling but goes away in few days and appearing again. She is on insulin and has albumin-microalbumin/creatinine ratio at 75ug/mg. 24 hr urine test reveals proteins at 278.4 mg/ 24 hours. I wanted to know the root cause of the swelling. A doppler was taken as she had pain in legs too which Came out normal.
