What should be the prescribed antibiotics for kidney stones? Ultrasound report shows left kidney has mild hydrouteronephrosis and 5.7 mm calculi at left VU junction

My mother is on dialysis 3 times a week .Now a days She can't relate where she is when gets up, she got disturbed sleep and everytime asks us to make her sit and then she lies down after 5 mins. She has got lot of weakness on her legs and can't walk. Her HBA1C is 6.2. Sodium 132. She is not on any  sugar medications

This my mother reports she is on dialysis 3 times a week her 1.PTH is high -1201pg/ml 2. Sodium- 134 mmol/l 3.B12->1000 pg/ml 4. Plasma glucose random-172 mg/dl 5. Serum bilirubin-0.4mg/dl 6.Serum GGT-40 IU/L 7. Alkaline phosphatase- 223 U/L 8. Serum globulin- 3.7 gm/dl 9. Serum albumin globulin ratio- 0.95% Please advise accordingly

My 9 year old sons kft report has been attached .is there anything to be worried about as his urine smells and water intake is low.his vitamin d level also is low.what should be done next.

Burning in glans shown dermatologist said nothing no fungal found, still u Given Candid Catrizole , also visited urologist given Niftal 100mg and Cipron 500mg, citrilka still burning sensation reduced and coming after course.
