Doubt on creatinine
Present my creatinine is 1.3 (lab upper limit is 1.2). This creatinine behaviour was observed from 2023. Current DTPA RENOGRAM gfr is 84. No protein leak in urine. Usg kidneys structure normal but right kidney little small 8.5. I have hypothyroidism since 10yrs. Using thyronorm 112mcg. No BP, no diabetic. Surprisingly I have seen my past 10yrs means 2015 reports where my creatinine was 1.4. But I don't this at that time. After 2015 l, I took more non veg meat, more chicken biriyanis, atleast monthly twice alcohol upto 2023. 2023 only got to know about creatinine. My doubt is 1) whether I have CKD or not? 2) why my creatinine not increased from 2015 onwards with the worst bad habits.

Any gfr of more than 60 is considered normal in terms of the Indian context . please check your cystatin c if that turns out to be normal then u don't have any kidney disease,ur dtpa showing a normal function
