Respected Dr. Sudden pain in abdomen area. Patient is hospitalized and now she is better. Is it serious ? CT and blood report is attached. USG is normal. Please guide us. 🙏 Regards, Abhijit

It's Acute pyelonephritis and it will require IV antibiotics. Don't worry it often responds to antibiotics unless patient is having severe sepsis and organ failure.
