In June month of June I did abdomen sonography that was quite normal, in August I did complete health check up my creatinine was 1 GFR 95 , before one week urine test normal, but in August month I suffered from sinus and migraine, I feel reness below eyes and blurry vision , t3 t4 normal TSH slightly higher but anti TPO normal what further I do

1. Kidney function is normal. Slight high TSH- no need to worry about it.
2. By mentioning sinus and migraine both, I assume that these diagnosis are made by primary physician.
However, it is very important to distinguish between sinusitis and headache. As far as possible diagnosis should be precise.
3. History of symptoms and examination of clinical signs including eyes are very important to make precise diagnosis.
4. Ideally you should physically show to medicine doctor (MD/DNB General Medicine) first or can directly visit to Neurologist(DM/ DNB Neurology).
