I have uncontrolled diabetes, and I am not taking any medicine for diabetes, but I gave a 24 hr urine test and found a abnormal protein in urine that is 184 wher normal is 150, and creatine is 0.8, but random urine show no protien

You should control ur sugar strictly otherwise protein leak will increase and it can damage kidneys. Uncontrolled sugars can also damage the other organs. U may also need to be started on some tablets to reduce proteinuria
