Hi Dr I've 3 mm kidney stone in right kidney mid pole which is detected in USG scan...No pain or symptoms...1 month back it was not there when I did USG scan...May I know how to get rid of it soon...

Hi
Small stones are quite common. Stone inside the kidney won’t hurt. But if it passes down the ureter (urinary tract) you may experience pain.
For now just drink plenty of water around 3-3.5 L per day just enough to make at least 2L urine per day.

Need to know details about ur diet and water intake
And there are also some medicines which can be taken to prevent further stone formation
Limit non veg intake..drink atleast 3 liters of water daily
