Please share the treatment for kidney And also please let me know if there's something wrong with left kidney

Doctor I have been taking a bp tablet for the last 8 months but before taking the tablet my potassium level 4.2 after taking the tablet my pottasium level increasing month by month now it's 5.7 Every month doctor suggest k bind powder to reduce but again it's increasing I am strictly following low pottasium diet  but it's not helping what to do doctor? Creatinine level 1.2 and all test normal

My Early morning spot ACR is increasing week by week... Consulted with a nephrologist last time he said it's normal.. But now the levels have increased significantly. The values are higher than normal, it's 20.3 mg/l. Please find the attached report.. I am from Pune. Can anyone suggest any doctor who can diagnose what is the actual cause. For few day I am observing I am passing foamy urine everytime. I have done few test like egfr=119, microalbumin an d creatine ratio=24.2 but in my spot urine examination some trace of Albumin detected. Please help

Hello sir, iam very interested to go to gym for body building. And I started it and once I check my creatinine level and it shows 1.00. after some months I repeat the test and it shows 1.1 and now I scared because of increased creatine . Is there any proble will happen to my kidneys. And Is there any damage will happen to my kidney In future while I continue with weight traning?

Hi, I have been facing bloating and stomach pain a week. I went to doctor they gave rcifax 400mg and dupahalac syrup for constipation. But in my usg scan it says grade 1 fatty liver. Now in blood test my kidney function is urea: 50, creatinine 3.3 and uric acid 9.9 . The e-gfe is 19. Hdl is 27, cho/hdl 6.1, ldl/hdl 4.5, tgl/hdl 5.2 . This is making me worried. Please let me know if this is curable. Or pls lemme know if any medication and diet to follow.
