High PTH, normal calcuim & vitamin d
I have PTH - 184, S. Calcuim-9. 3, mg/dL,S.Phosphorus-3.0mg/dL, 25-OH Vitamin D (Total) 64.2 ng/mL, I have diagnosis with nephrocalconisis but my kft report is normal. please suggest me is anything is serious & how to control pth

Initially kidney function test will be normal in nephrocalcinosis. But as pth is high, we need to tackle the cause to prevent further issues
