Pth high ckd
My mother has creatinine 2.4.her recent pth is 246.her calcium and vitamin d is normal.is it serious and is curable

Yes, it is stage 3 or stage 4 CKD and pth is also high  further aggravating the disease. The cause of ckd should be ascertained and treated. Consult a nephrologist for regular management.
