On 22.june  patient was having hemoglobin 4.2 ,pedal edema,urea 113 mg /dl , CREATINE 5.1mg/dl , Phosphorus 6.5mg/dl. T3 and T4 normal,TSH IS 32.4 mU/L TREATMENT GIVEN WAS 3 UNIT BT DONE, 2 UNIT FFP TRANSFUSED CONSERVATIVE Report on 1JULY 2026 Blood urea is 92 mg/dl ,Serum Creatine is 3.7 mg /dl.. HEMOGLOBIN IS 11 DIETICIAN SUGGESTED RENEAL HIGH PROTEIN DIET. Doctor pls suggest how to reduce creatinine and urea . SHOULD PATIENT GO FOR RENAL BIOPSY? WHAT ARE THE OTHER TEST SHOULD BE DONE FOR KIDNEY .IS KIDNEY CONDITION IS GOOD ? WHAT ARE THE FOODS SHOULD BE AVOIDED AND  FOODS SHOULD TAKE TO  LOWER THE CREATININE AND UREA.
